Dear future family,
My name is Elizabeth and I am 21 years old. Currently I am a full time student at a local university where I am studying International Studies. I have developed a passion to know and learn more about different cultures and languages. My native language is Spanish, but I am also a fluent English speaker and I have intermediate level studies in French (being french the one that I like the most).
Not so long ago I studied in the USA for 1 year where I lived with an American host family where I took care of their 5 children and I loved it. In my Country I also took the role of a tutor/nanny at a summer camp where I worked with children of all ages.
I am also a Scout since I was 14 years old where I also worked with the children.
I enjoy doing these kind of activities but also would love to work with the elderly if I have the opportunity, as well of taking care of pets (I love animals!), and helping with some housework.
I come from a very colorful, warm, friendly and most important family-oriented culture which is the Mexican culture. For me the meaning of the family is very important, and sharing this as well as the Spanish language, would be an honor for me to do.
Currently I will finish my Spring studies during the first week of May and I can be available right away after that. I would like to work during the Summer, but we can talk about extending or another future possibilities also.
