We are a warm, loving and internationally minded family of three, soon to be relocating to beautiful Copenhagen, and we are looking for a wonderful nanny to join us in this exciting new chapter.

My husband is American, I am Spanish-American, and our little boy was born in September 2025. We have spent several years living internationally, and are very much looking forward to making Copenhagen our new home.

Our son is the absolute centre of our world. He is a curious, sweet and increasingly adventurous little boy who loves exploring his surroundings, playing, learning new things and spending time with the people he loves. He is at such a wonderful age, discovering new skills and becoming more independent every day, and we would love to find someone who genuinely enjoys being part of those special moments.

We also have two much-loved dogs, Waffle, our English Cocker Spaniel, and Mochi, our younger rescue dog, so being comfortable around animals is important!

My husband works full-time, while I am currently taking time away from my career to spend more time with our son. I am a very hands-on mother and love being involved in his daily activities, but I also appreciate the importance of having an experienced, trusted nanny who can provide him with consistent, attentive care and enriching experiences.

We are a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking household, and we would be delighted to find someone who speaks either language.

We believe in raising our son in a loving, respectful and stimulating environment, with plenty of opportunities to explore, learn and develop at his own pace. We value outdoor time, reading, music, play and meaningful interaction, and we try to approach parenting with warmth, patience and consistency.

Above all, we are looking for someone who will treat our son with genuine affection, kindness and respect. We hope to build a relationship based on mutual trust, open communication and appreciation, where our nanny feels welcomed, respected and valued.

We are looking for a warm, caring, reliable and experienced nanny to help care for our little boy, who will be around 15 months old when we relocate to Copenhagen in November.

We are seeking someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children, takes an active interest in their development, and can provide a safe, loving, stimulating and nurturing environment.

Your responsibilities would include:
* Providing attentive, loving and age-appropriate care for our son throughout the day.
* Planning and engaging in stimulating activities that support his physical, cognitive, social and language development, including reading, singing, imaginative play and outdoor exploration.
* Taking him for walks, visiting playgrounds, attending age-appropriate activities and exploring Copenhagen together.
* Preparing and serving nutritious, balanced meals and snacks, encouraging healthy eating habits and helping him develop independence at mealtimes.
* Following his established routines, including naps, meals and other daily activities, while adapting to his changing developmental needs.
* Changing nappies, dressing him and maintaining good hygiene.
* Keeping his play areas, toys and belongings clean, tidy and organised.
* Handling child-related housekeeping, including his laundry, cleaning up after meals and organising his things.
* Communicating openly with us about his day, developmental milestones, activities and any concerns.

Our ideal candidate:
* Has previous professional experience caring for babies and toddlers, with excellent references.
* Is affectionate, patient, gentle, energetic and genuinely passionate about working with children.
* Is proactive, creative and happy to take the initiative in organising enriching activities.
* Understands early childhood development and the importance of responsive, positive and respectful caregiving.
* Is safety-conscious, responsible and confident handling the everyday challenges of toddlerhood.
* Is comfortable working alongside a hands-on mother who enjoys being actively involved in her son’s daily life.
* Is comfortable around dogs, as we have two family pets.
* communicates well in either English or Spanish (or both!)
* Has the legal right to work in Denmark.
