Dear Host Family,

Hello! My name is Delfia, and I am from Indonesia. I am very happy to introduce myself to your family.

I am a friendly, caring, patient, and responsible person. I have always enjoyed spending time with children, especially my nieces and nephews, whom I have cared for like my own children. Through this experience, I have learned to be patient, attentive, and responsible when taking care of children. I enjoy playing with children, helping them with their daily activities, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable.

From 2022 until 2026, I worked in administration at a fish company. This experience taught me to be organized, responsible, punctual, and careful with my work. I believe these qualities will also help me become a reliable and trustworthy au pair.
I would love to become an au pair in the United States because I want to experience American culture, improve my English, and become part of a new family. I am also excited to share Indonesian culture, food, traditions, and everyday life with my host family.
I am happy to help with childcare and light household tasks related to the children and family. I am also open to helping with shopping and errands, housekeeping, tutoring, and pet care. I am willing to learn and adapt to my host family’s routines and expectations.

For me, being an au pair is not only about working. I hope to become a caring and trustworthy part of the family while creating a good relationship with the children. I would treat them with patience, kindness, and respect, just as I would care for my own nieces and nephews.
