Hello! My name is Yousra, I’m 24 years old and I currently live in France.

I’m looking for a welcoming family with whom I can share a meaningful cultural exchange while helping with the care and daily life of their children.

I have professional experience working with children, including 8 months as a sociocultural activity leader for children and 5 months working in early childhood education. I have also gained additional childcare experience with children of different ages, including babies and newborn twins. These experiences have taught me to be patient, responsible, attentive and adaptable to each child’s personality and needs.

I genuinely enjoy spending time with children. I like playing with them, reading, doing creative and educational activities, going outside, and helping them discover new things. I am also comfortable with everyday childcare responsibilities such as preparing simple meals, feeding, bathing, changing diapers, organizing toys and clothes, and keeping the children’s spaces tidy.

I speak French, Spanish, Arabic and English, and I am currently learning Turkish. I would be happy to communicate with children in English and, if the family is interested, introduce them naturally to French or Spanish through games, books, songs and everyday conversations.

I am a calm, caring and respectful person. I enjoy learning about different cultures, travelling, discovering new places, learning languages, writing and creative activities. I am also learning crochet and enjoy making things with my hands.

I am particularly interested in experiencing everyday family life rather than simply visiting another country as a tourist. I would love to learn about my host family’s culture and traditions while also sharing my own culture and languages with them.

I am mainly interested in opportunities in Turkey, although I am open to discussing other locations if the right family and opportunity come along. I am especially interested in a long-term and respectful relationship with a family where communication and trust are important.

Although I have not previously been an Au Pair, I already have professional experience with children and I am very motivated to make this my first Au Pair experience. I would be happy to provide references from my previous childcare-related work.
