My name is Fridah, and I am a caring, responsible and patient caregiver from Kenya. I have training and practical experience in healthcare and caregiving, including my experience working at Oljabet Hospital and my attachment at Haven Hospital in Nairobi.

Through my healthcare experience, I have learned how important patience, kindness, cleanliness, safety and good communication are when caring for others. I am comfortable helping with daily activities, personal care, preparing meals, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing companionship and emotional support. I have also had experience with newborn care and understand the importance of being gentle, attentive and responsible around children.
