Message to the Host Family

Hello dear host family,

My name is Victoria, I am 23 years old and I come from Kenya. I am a caring, responsible, patient, and hardworking person who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and helping others.

I have training and experience in caregiving, as well as First Aid, CPR, and BLS certification. My caregiving experience has taught me how to be patient, attentive, and responsible when caring for someone. I can assist with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, and mobility, while always making safety a priority.

I especially enjoy being around children. I love playing with them, helping them with simple activities, keeping them company, and creating a warm and safe environment where they can feel comfortable and happy. I understand that every child is different, and I am willing to learn your family's routines and follow your parenting preferences.

As an au pair, I would be happy to help with childcare, light household tasks related to the children, preparing simple meals, keeping their things organized, and accompanying them to activities when needed. I am respectful of other people's homes, cultures, and personal space.

I am also excited about the opportunity to experience German culture, improve my German language skills, and become part of a welcoming family. I hope to build a good relationship with my host family based on trust, communication, respect, and understanding.
