Introduction
Hello! My name is Winnie, and I am from Kenya. I am a warm, caring and responsible person who loves connecting with people and learning about different cultures. I recently completed my studies in Emergency Medical Technician training, an experience that taught me patience, responsibility, good communication and how important it is to care for others.
Becoming an Au Pair is something I would genuinely love to experience because I want to become part of a family, learn about a new culture and create meaningful memories along the way. I am especially excited about the opportunity to spend time with children, learn about their personalities and be part of their everyday lives. Whether it is playing games, helping with homework, preparing a simple meal, doing creative activities or simply being there to listen to them, I would enjoy being involved in their world.
I believe I could be a good Au Pair because I am patient, respectful, dependable and willing to learn. I understand that welcoming an Au Pair into your home requires trust, and I would never take that trust for granted. I would respect your family’s rules, routines and values while also bringing my own Kenyan culture and personality into our home.
My medical training has also taught me how to stay calm and responsible when situations become unexpected. I have learned the importance of safety, communication and paying attention to the needs of others. I believe these qualities are especially valuable when caring for children.
What I am really hoping for is more than simply travelling to another country. I would love to find a family where we can genuinely get to know each other, share our cultures, laugh together and create a comfortable relationship built on respect and trust. I would love to introduce you to Kenyan food, traditions and stories while learning about your family and your way of life.
I know I would be coming into your family as an Au Pair, but I hope that with time I could also become someone your children feel comfortable with and someone you can rely on.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my letter. I would be very happy to hear from you, get to know your family and hopefully begin this beautiful experience together.
Warmly,
Winnie ??
