Dear Host Family, My name is Chysa and I am an energetic, cheerful, and responsible 19-year-old high school graduate from Indonesia. I grew up in a warm family environment where caring for children and carrying out daily household responsibilities has always been an important part of my life. I want to be an Au Pair because I have a genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to experience new cultures. Being an Au Pair allows me to combine my love of childcare with cultural exchange, giving me the opportunity to immerse myself in a new family environment while sharing my own background. You should accept me as a host family because I am a dedicated, highly adaptable, and respectful person who will treat your home with care and your children with warmth and patience. I am qualified for this position because I have over 2,000 hours of practical experience in childcare, caring for my younger siblings and my niece (ages 1 to 13). Through these experiences, I have learned how to organize daily routines, prepare children for school, organize fun and active outdoor activities, and maintain a safe, clean, and engaging environment for them.I have gained over 2,000 hours of valuable childcare experience caring for my younger siblings and nieces. My daily responsibilities include helping them get dressed, taking them to school each day, playing with them, and ensuring their safety and well-being. Furthermore, I have experience training young children in basic martial arts, as I hold a Black Belt in Taekwondo. This has taught me discipline, patience, and how to safely keep children active. In my free time, I love listening to global music, watching movies, K-dramas, anime, and football—especially following Kylian Mbappé and French hits like 'Ramenez la coupe à la maison', 'Est-ce que tu m'aimes?', 'Dernière danse', 'Copines', and 'Bad Boy'. Since I mostly learn English and other languages on my own through music and movies, my English is still basic/conversational, but I naturally pick up new words very quickly. As someone who genuinely loves learning new languages, I am eager to become an Au Pair to improve my English and master the local language of my host country through daily life. Excited to bring my energy, care, and fast learning to a wonderful Host Family in Europe!. I am eager to become an Au Pair abroad because I believe stepping out of my comfort zone will help me grow both personally and culturally. Living with a family in another country will allow me to improve my language skills, learn about daily life and traditions from a firsthand perspective, and build lifelong relationships with my host family. In short, I would describe myself as cheerful, responsible, patient, highly adaptable, and highly organized. I am a very active person and enjoy outdoor activities. My favorite hobbies include jogging, cycling, and exploring nature. I also have a Black Belt in Taekwondo and enjoy keeping a neat and organized home. After completing my Au Pair assignment, I plan to pursue higher education and pursue a career where I can utilize the cross-cultural communication skills, independence, and language skills I acquired during my time abroad.
