My name is Jordan, and I am a responsible, caring, energetic college student from the United States who is very interested in becoming an au pair or nanny abroad. I enjoy working with children and love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where they can learn, explore, and feel comfortable being themselves.
I have babysitting and childcare experience and am comfortable helping with everyday routines, preparing simple meals and snacks, keeping children’s spaces tidy, playing games, doing crafts, going outside, planning activities, and helping keep children entertained and engaged throughout the day. I am dependable, patient, and willing to help wherever I am needed.
One of the biggest reasons I am interested in becoming an au pair is the opportunity to experience another culture while becoming part of a family. I love traveling, learning about different countries, and meeting people from different backgrounds. I am also currently learning Russian and Serbian. My Russian is still at a beginner level, but I can communicate using simple phrases and conversations, and I am continuing to study and improve.
I would describe myself as outgoing, friendly, responsible, and adaptable. I enjoy being active and would be happy taking children to parks, swimming, exploring, doing activities, or simply spending time together at home. I understand that every family has its own routines and parenting style, and I would always do my best to respect your household, communicate openly, and follow the expectations you have for your children.
I am especially interested in opportunities during summer 2027, and I am generally available from May through July 2027, depending on the family and exact dates.
