During my experience at Holiday Inn Express Dubai Safa Park, I worked in a busy international environment and developed strong skills in organization, communication, kitchen assistance and daily operational support. My responsibilities included assisting with stock control, receiving and checking deliveries, arranging and labelling supplies, maintaining records, filing reports, supporting scheduling and coordinating daily kitchen activities. I also assisted with food preparation, buffet operations, cleanliness and maintaining organized work areas.
I am comfortable supporting with administrative tasks, scheduling, filing and documentation, stock and supply management, receiving deliveries, kitchen assistance, basic meal preparation, organizing household supplies and light housekeeping. My hospitality background has taught me to pay attention to detail, follow instructions carefully, maintain confidentiality, communicate professionally and remain calm when there are many tasks to handle.
My previous experience with RIU Hotels & Resorts also gave me valuable experience in hospitality, service standards, housekeeping and working professionally with people from different backgrounds.
I have also developed strong personal responsibility through helping care for my younger siblings, which has taught me patience, reliability and good time management.
I am currently based in Tanzania and open to international opportunities. I am willing to learn your preferred way of doing things and adapt to your household or working environment.
